KINDERDANCE® of Central Virginia offers six programs specially designed for children 2 to 12 years old
Kinderdance® for ages 3-5, is a developmental dance, motor development and fitness program taught on 3 levels, teaching the basics of ballet, tap, acrobatics and creative movement while learning numbers, colors, shapes and songs.
Kindertots® for age 2, is designed to develop the total child through gross motor skills, movement creativity, physical development (flexibility, strength, balance, coordination), tumbling, body awareness, and communication skills while learning numbers, colors, shapes and songs.
Kindermotion® for ages 3-5, 6-8, and by special arrangement, ages 9-12, is a developmentally designed education through motor skills, physical development, fitness, nutrition and imagery program which prepares students’ minds and bodies for athletic and academic pursuits.

Kindergym® for ages 3-5, is a developmental floor gymnastics, acrobatics and tumbling program taught in 2 levels with emphasis on fun, social and gross motor development, physical fitness and movement education while learning numbers, colors, shapes and songs.
Kindercombo® for ages 6-8, is a beginning combination Ballet, Tap, Modern Dance, and Fitness program taught in 2 levels. This gives the young dance student a foundation upon which to build. Age-appropriate educational concepts are incorporated and reinforce dance techniques and styles.
Kids Yoga by Kinderdance® for ages 3-12, is a developmentally designed yoga-based movement program that teaches to the total child in a non-competitive, all-inclusive, fun and nurturing environment. This program is non-religious and non-spiritual in its approach and content. The poses taught in our Kids Yoga are adapted for children and derived from Hatha yoga.
